En-Suite Room in 2 Bedroom Flat in Bermondsey

Hello,

I´m leaving my en-suite room in a very nice 2 bedroom flat in Bermondsey (Spa Gardens). The room is spacious, bright and very private, and the flat has a lovely terrace that will come in handy during the summer. The building is quite new, has a gym, is right above a supermarket and is 10 mins walking from Bermondsey Station (or 15 from London Bridge).

My flatmate works in the City and travels a lot, she´s very respectful and very nice. She would prefer that the new tenant is a femaie, and that one person takes the remainder of the lease (which finishes in September 5th).

I am offering the room below the price I pay because I need to move out soon, so this is a good opportunity.,
