Amazing house with garden in Bermondsey

Hello guys, I am Argy and am one of the tenants and the main host.
The house is located 12 minutes walk from Bermondsey station, and 16 minutes walk from Surrey Quays overground station. A quiet neighbourhood, in close proximity to super markets like Iceland & Tesco, 2 Turkish grocery stores, 2 of licensed stores, a sunbed/tanning shop, a butcher, a couple of restaurants, many pubs and Pure Gym.

The property renovated last summer. So everything is nice and clean!

The property consists of 4 rooms.
There's an en suite room in the second floor. The rest of the
three rooms are located in the first floor, with a shared bathroom. There's also a small WC in the ground floor, a shared living room, shared kitchen and a huge garden with sitting area and a barbecue.

Room available from 8th of December : furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, a set of drawers, and a side lamp.
Some of the bedding are provided also.

All bills are included.

Other amanities include: bicycles storage in the garden, WiFi, tumble dryer, washing machine, dish washer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full sets of cooking pots and cutlery, 1 full set of beddings for each room.
Large dinning table to work, loads of storage corners in the house, shoe racks every where. We have a professional cleaner coming once a month and the rest of the times we clean in a rota.
