A quiet neighbourhood, in close proximity to super markets like Iceland & Tesco, 2 Turkish grocery stores, 2 of licensed stores, a sunbed/tanning shop, a butcher, a couple of restaurants, many pubs and Pure Gym.
Currently under renovation works, so everything will be freshly painted, carpets professionally cleaned, with new electric appliances,

The property consists of 4 rooms.
There's an en suite room in the second floor. The rest of the
three rooms are located in the first floor, with a shared bathroom. There's also a small WC in the ground floor, a shared living room, shared kitchen and a huge garden with sitting area and a barbecue.
