Short term let - we are due to be 9 months into a 12 month contract on the 16th of June 2024. Meaning the two people will take over until the 16/17th of September 2024, at which point the house can be extended or the tenancy will cease but this can be decided by the tenants.

Very quaint 3 bed room house, which is a 5 mins walk from Bermondsey Street, 15 min walk from Elephant and Castle, Borough and London Bridge. Multiple bus routes on the Old Kent Road are 2/3 mins walk away!

House is tucked away down a quiet street but near a cycle highway. Both rooms are doubles, and will come furnished.

Room 1 - £1000 pcm (bills not included)
Room 2 - £1035 pcm (bills not included)

Current house mate is a young professional working in the city, he speaks Spanish and English and controls the bills for the house!

Garden with a BBQ, table and chairs will be free to use as it's summer time! Large American Fridge Freezer!

Council tax band C? Not sure, bills are around £150 pcm, but due to get cheaper due to energy prices!
