Ensuite double room available in great location (Zone 2, 30 minute walk to London Bridge) with lovely flatmates from 25th May.

I am moving out of this flat at the end of May to move closer to work and need to find a replacement for my room.

The room:

This is a lovely double room with an en-suite. It comes fully furnished with a desk and chair, perfect for working from home. It also includes a double bed, full-size mirror and a huge wardrobe with plenty of storage space. There are also drawers under the bed to allow for even more storage space. The en-suite is also a good size.

The flat:

There is a separate kitchen/living room shared with three other lovely girls. It has plenty of space and comes with a washing machine/dryer and dishwasher as well as all other essentials such as gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a big sofa, a TV and a dining table that fits more than four people. There is also a small balcony.

The flat is very well located - only 10 to 15 minutes from Bermondsey tube station (Jubilee line), 5 minutes from South Bermondsey station (with trains to London Bridge in 5 minutes), 15 minutes from Surrey Quays overground station, and there is the number 1 bus, which also runs at night, that stops right outside the flat. There is a large Tesco Extra only a 15 minute walk away and Southwark park is also a 5 minute walk!

The existing flatmates are all professionals aged 23-27 and are super friendly, clean and relaxed. We often have lunch or dinner together and sometimes go out for drinks or dinner, but we also enjoy our alone time and doing our own thing. Hoping to find someone with similar interests in their 20s to replace me. Female flatmates are preferred, but as the room is an en-suite males will be considered as well :).

Contract will be for 12 months, with a 3 month break clause.
