I have a double room available in a 2 bed 2 bathroom flat from May/ June in South Bermondsey.
Living with a lovely flatmate aged 33, very into fitness, Brazilian jiu jitsu, food, cooking and exploring new restaurants in London.
Looking for someone very clean, respectful. Not a party flat but we do occasionally have guests over for dinner etc.
The room is large with a double ottoman bed for storage and there’s a work station perfect for working from home. You’ll have your own bathroom with shower and bath. Flat has dishwasher and general kitchen appliances. There’s a lovely balcony for coffee in the Summer.
(Note the pole will be removed-taking it with me :))
Rent is £900. Bills come to around £150-80
Loads of shops close by, with huge ASDA over the road. Flat is extremely quiet. There’s also a bike safe in the building if needed.
