Bermondsey Room for Rent

Subletting one room in a very spacious Bermondsey flat. The flat is 2 mins walk from Bermondsey street and 10 mins walk from London Bridge station.

Sublet from June 1-Sept 21, though start and end dates can be a little flexible.

You will be living with two students (both male) and one working professional (female).

Rent is 960pm, all bills included. I will ask for a 100 pound deposit to cover any cleaning or repairs for damages.

Landlord is aware of me subletting. There is a possibility of extension with the landlord to a full lease, but this must be negotiated with the landlord.
