Double room to let in modern flat - all bills incl

The room has become available because my existing flatmate is returning home to Italy. The room is quiet and is ideal for a mature student or a professional with a desk, fast broadband and printing facilities. The shared living room has a 55" TV with Netflix, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Amazon Prime etc. The kitchen has all the mod cons - washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, induction hob. There is a large, south facing balcony. My cleaners come every fortnight and clean the whole flat along with changing and washing the bed linen (included in the rent).
There are excellent transport links to the City, West End and beyond - Bermondsey station (5 mins), London Bridge (10 mins) and 24 hour bus services (47, 188 , 381 and C10).
The river is 2 min away, Tesco is opposite and there are several parks nearby,
Most of my flatmates have been male post grad students but this is not essential.
I am retired after a career in IT and rent out my spare room to help with the bills. I do smoke so smokers are welcome.
