Spacious Double in Bermondsey/London Bridge Area

My flatmate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to take her unfurnished room in our 2 bedroom flat in Bermondsey (professionals only please!)

Rent, bills, deposit
- £1,000 rent payable on 22nd of each month.
- Bills approx. £174 each per month (council tax, wi-fi, water, gas and electric).
- £980.76 deposit.

About the flat
- Available to move in from June.
- Less than 10 mins walk from Bermondsey tube station (Jubilee line) and a 15-20 minute walk to London Bridge station (Jubilee line, Northern Line, National Rail).
- Tenancy until 22 December 2026, with a strong possibility of being able to renew. Ideally looking for someone who would like to stay beyond December 2026.
- The flat was unfurnished when I moved in so most of the furniture in the shared spaces is mine. The available bedroom is unfurnished.
- Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony.
- Dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen.
- 5 min walk to Tesco Express and Sainsbury's, 20-30 min walk to a big Tesco and Asda.

About me
- I’m 29 and work full-time in the charity sector. I work from the living room 3 days a week, with the other two days in the office.
- I enjoy going to gigs, going for walks/exploring London/going to get a sweet treat, travelling, reading, watching TV shows, and like a mix of staying in and going out for drinks/activities. Lookin for a flatmate that I get on with/can do things with!
- Clean and tidy and looking for someone who will be considerate of shared spaces.
