We have 2 double rooms available in our lovely maisonette flat in Bermondsey, just a 5-minute walk from the station. We’re surrounded by loads of cute cafés, pubs, restaurants, a gym, and everything you need!!

We’re looking for fun, friendly girls aged around 25–30 who want to be part of a home, not just rent a room.

A little about us:

Rachel (25) – I work full-time in a Children’s Residential Care Home. I love nights out, live music, travelling, trying new food, pubs, and a bit of trashy reality TV.

Namrata (29) – Works full-time in Insurance. Loves travelling, dinners, nights out, cricket, and spending time with friends.

Our house has a cute garden that’s perfect for BBQs, summer drinks and pre-drinks.
We have so many nice pubs, restaurants, bars, cafes and markets all within walking distance, so whether it’s a spontaneous pint after work, brunch at the weekend, or a cosy movie night in, there’s always something going on. We’d love to find girls who are up for making the most of living together and becoming genuine friends.

✨ The details:
• Rent: £830 per month
• Bills: Around £120–£150 per month
• Available from August
• Referencing through the letting agent is required.

We’re looking for someone who is:
