Looking for a flatmate in Bermondsey

Hey everyone,

We have 1 room available now in this 2 bedroom apartment share.

The room available is a furnished double on the top floor of a two story apartment ,The top level has 2 rooms and the bathroom/shower, while the bottom level has a kitchen, another toilet, a living room and a space to store 2 bikes.

We have a good sized kitchen with a breakfast bar, and all amenities including a washer-dryer. We've also got free parking available.

In terms of the local area:
- 5 mins walk to Tesco Extra (Lidl, Aldi, Asda all close by too)
- Great transport links - Bermondsey Station (Jubilee Line), Elephant & Castle (Bakerloo, Northern) and London Bridge (Northern, Jubilee, Overground) and cycling routes
- In between two large parks
- 20 mins walk to Bermondsey St which has loads of independent restaurants, coffee shops, pubs etc. and we're real close to Bermondsey Beer mile!
The apartment is split over the top two floors of a three story block. It's fully furnished and has been refurnished to a super high standard with solid wooden floors, carpeted hall and brick feature walls.

About the flatmate:
I am 28 years old from Spain and I currently working in Finance and preparing to face CFA level 1 in november!
I love going out with my friends and playing tennis. Also I am going ro prepare for the half marathon in London so if you want to join me that would be amazing!!
