3 Bedroom spacious house in Bermondsey

Hi! We are looking for people to take over the tendency of our lovely Bermondsey home, which runs until August 31st, 2026.

The house is a three-bedroom, one bathroom house in Bermondsey, a 10 minute walk from the Bermondsey tube station and a 15 minute walk from the Surrey Quays overground stop. The 1, 381, P12, and the 188 bus routes all go right by the house, with a stop a 2 minute walk away.

There’s a Big Tesco a 15 minute walk away on Old Kent Road, as well as a Tesco Express and 24 hour supermarket around the corner. There’s also a PureGym that’s a 7 minute walk away.

The house has a small patio, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The three bedroom vary in size, with the biggest one having its own floor, a desk, double bed, and armchair (all included). The two smaller ones both have double beds and room for clothes storage.

Bills including council tax is around 180 a month. Looking for someone to move in July 15th but we can be flexible :)
