Large double room to let

Hello! I have a beautiful large double room to let in my flat! My boyfriend was going to move in, but due to some health issues is not able to.

About the flat: It's about 750 square feet with a large living room, and bedrooms. The bathroom is shared but there's plenty of space for two! I previously lived with my cousin here for two years and there was never an issue for space! Though not in the room photos, there is a chest of drawers that I will move in and will remove the brown desk. I have a very friendly, fluffy corgi named Pemsy that lives in the flat so a dog lover is a must! He provides cuteness, cuddles and will do tricks for treats!

The flat is in a great location: It's a five minute walk to Shad Thames area and the riverwalk. There's an amazing cafe just around the corner! Multiple pubs within five minute walk! Bermondsey Station is about a 5 minute walk away and London Bridge is about a 10-15 minute walk.

Bills are around: £150 per month
Council Tax (Band B): £58 per month
Water: ~£20 per month
Electricity: ~£50 per month (varies depending on time of year)
Wifi: £25 (potential to be reduced as contract is up soon)

Re-referencing will need to be done. The updated contract will be for 17 July 2024-16 July 2025; however as the room is vacant happy for you to move in as soon as referencing is complete.

About me: I'm a 28-year-old American that's been in the UK for 6 years now! I'm extroverted so am looking for someone that would open to hanging out maybe cooking dinner together in the flat. I do enjoy and need my own down time as well so would love to find a good balance.
