A cleaner cleans the communal spaces (kitchen, hallway, bathroom, toilet) for £6.40 per tenant every two weeks.

The existing housemates are a mix of students (mostly studying at King's College London) and professionals and are friendly, welcoming and chilled. They are looking for someone similar.

The property is a 15 minute walk from a big Lidl and Tesco, 10 minutes from Bermondsey highstreet (which has an Iceland, Savers and Poundland) and only 20 minutes by bus to London Bridge! Bemondsey tube station (Jubilee line) is also only a 15 minute walk and South Bermondsey station is a 5 minute walk away.

Suitable for student and professionals (international students also very welcome!).
