+4 furnished and bright bedrooms (2 floors), west-facing,
+1 large kitchen/dining room, west-facing,
+1 bathroom and 1 toilet,
+Plenty of storage space,
+A small garden, west-facing access through another bedroom.

Current flatmates (3, aged between 26-35):
+1 female, 2 males.
+Maddie, from Britain, works in a bar on Oxford Street. A sweet and lovely person.
+Fotis is from Greece, has a Ph. D. doctorate in heart and lung clinical studies at Imperial, and is now a chef at Harrods.
+Robert/Bobby is a chef in a Japanese/Mexican fusion restaurant in central London.

+ Adam and Shehani are a couple who are moving to a private flat in the summer. They will show you the room.

They are all super nice, chill-out, and tidy people. They treat the house as their home. I believe any potential housemate would enjoy living with them.

+Bus 1, 381, P12, C10 toward Tottenham Court Road, Covent Garden, and Victoria Station are also within 100 meters.
+A local library, cinema/theatre, trendy coffee shops, CrossFit gym, and local open market steps away.
+Iceland, Tesco Express, a local butcher (that went on The Apprentice in 2017), a Fish Munger, a 24/7 supermarket, and restaurants.
+Pure Gym (200meters) and a Wall climbing club nearby.
+Southwark Park (5 min walk) where there are 4 tennis courts, running tracks, and a big area for football, tag rugby, and frisbee.
+Shad Thames, where you have many nice restaurants and bars, is a 15-minute walk.
+Surrey Quays shopping and leisure centers (Starbucks, Mousetail, Tesco Extra, Boots, etc..) - also about a 15-minute walk
