A cleaner lady comes every two weeks.

Two months short let, one month rent upfront and one month rent as deposit, one month notice.
Two weeks holding deposit needed if interested to take the room after viewing.

Local Facilities: the flat is close to Southwark park sports centre and sports ground, there are also a couple of tennis courts downstairs, perfect for people who love sports.

Kitchen (3rd floor) : the kitchen has a plenty storage space with an electric hob and oven, washing machine and a big refrigerator. There is also a breakfast bar with bar stools for having meals.
Bathroom (at the 4th floor): the bathroom is completed refurbished with a new power shower.
Cloakroom (3rd floor): a large than normal cloakroom with toilet, mirror and basin unit.

Current flatmates are all professionals, would like to find a flatmate with regular normal working hours, happy to share cleaning rota.
