Hi,
I am looking for a preferably female flatmate to this cosy flat from September.
I am active and friendly person, some weekend away seeing friends . Time to time I have a friend over but not we much as I like to keep the flat to chill mainly and have space so not really a party flat . Happy to watch TV together or have a dinner etc . I also work from home 2 days a week so would prefer someone who is also hybrid working .
Current pictures of living room includes stuff which is my flatmate's but she will take some and I plan to redecorate so best to come and have a look and see if we bond as a future flatmates / friends :) Bills comes to cca £180 per month per person , inc internet , council tax etc
