Double room in Bermondsey in large flat

Hello there!

Our flatmate Andreea is moving out to go live with her partner so we're looking for someone to replace her in our 3 bed flat.

The room itself is quite spacious, has a good feel, and gets a lot of natural light. There’s a double bed and a wardrobe, but the desk can stay as well if needed for less than it's worth.

The flat is split on two levels with the bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs. The downstairs is spacious with a separate fully-fitted kitchen and a living room.

You'd be living with myself (24), and Ernest (28) We both work in tech, are nice people, and are very easy to live with (at least we think so). In my spare time i love socialising, cooking and doing sports (running, cycling, wheightlifting and more). Ernest loves swimming, reading, and playing guitar.

We're chill, clean, like spending time together (occasional dinner/movie night together), but also respect each others' spaces.

Bills have never gone above £120 a month in the winter and are lower in the summer (inc council tax).

The location is great and well connected: 15 min walk to both Elephant & Castle and London Bridge, and buses taking you into central on the main road near the house. There’s also a Tesco and Lidl within walking distance (5-10 min).

We are looking for someone to move in by the 10th of July at the latest. With potential to move in earlier.
