Double room in spacious 3 bedroom house

We’re a couple (Matt and Dee) looking for another couple (ideally) or an individual to move into a bright spacious room in a 3-bedroom house.

We’re both laid back and friendly. We enjoy cooking, baking, evenings in the garden. We’re sociable and lively yet enjoy our private quiet time.

We have a 12 year old dog (with hypoallergenic fur) who’s anxious of new people but a few days and treats will make you her best friend. We would prefer her to be the only pet unless you have an older calm dog.
