Double room in 2-bed flat in Bermondsey

Unfurnished double room available in my two bedroom flat in Bermondsey. I have been living here with my sister for the past year but she is sadly moving out, so I am looking for a sociable, friendly new flatmate to replace her.

The room:
The room will come unfurnished but it is big enough for a double bed and a desk. There is also some built in storage in the room as well as more storage in the hallway.

The flat:
There is a shared living room, bathroom and also a small balcony. The flat is owned by a private landlord who is great, mostly leaves us to our own devices but who very responsive if we need something. We have lovely neighbours as well which is a bonus.

Bills come to between £110 and £150 a month depending on time of year.

The area:
The flat has great transport links. It’s c.5 minute walk to Bermondsey tube station and c.5 minutes to Rotherhithe Overground. There’s a Tesco Extra nearby and lots of nice pubs and shops. We’re right by the river and Southwark Park so it’s great if you like a run/ponderous stroll in the morning.

About me:
I’m Georgia, 26 years old and currently work as a headhunter. I’m originally from Yorkshire but have been living in London since I graduated, so very much consider it home. I’m definitely used to being friendly with whoever I live with, and would like someone who’s up for hanging out in the evening and spending time together - but am definitely aware we’ll want our own space at times. I love films, reading and watching sport as well as running and overpriced pilates classes. I work from home about 2/3 days a week. I like a night in with a glass of wine and a good night out - definitely open to hosting occasionally but being mindful of each other’s schedules and plans.

I’m looking for someone clean and neat but sociable as well. I’m happy to share and am big on communication, if it’s reasonable I’ll rarely say no but it’s good to have a heads up.
