Subletting my lovely room in Sunny South London while I recover from surgery.

23rd July - mid September (flexible)

This is a student house, sharing with PhD candidates but open to any students (I am an undergrad).

Amazing location!

Transport:
20 minute walk from London Bridge, Borough, and Bermondsey stations and really well connected via bus.

Amenities:
Less than a minute walk to a large tesco and other stores that cover all basic needs within a 5-10 minute walk.
The house is also a 5 minute walk from Burgess park.

The room itself is a large room with a double bed, desk, two large windows, and an armchair. The house has a small garden, shared living room and dining room spaces, and an average sized kitchen.

Sublet dates/length is flexible, but I am looking ideally for someone who wants to take the room for 6-8 weeks.
