Double room in bright flat off Bermondsey Street

I'm moving out of my flat after four years and looking for a third flatmate to be added to the contract. The room is a double bedroom with a bathroom shared with only one more person. There is ample storage in the flat and a shared living room/kitchen and balcony! Bills (incl. council tax - band F) are shared between all flatmates.

The current flatmates (M, late 20s) are very friendly and respectful professionals, one working in hospitality and the other one as an accountant.

The area is very vibrant with lots of cafes/restaurants/pubs in walking distance - and the flat is only a 10/15 min walk away from both Borough and London Bridge tube stations. There are also many direct buses to Holborn and Shoreditch.
