Hey folks! My flatmate is sadly moving out so I have a room available in our beautiful, modern and fancy 3 bed flat in Bermondsey/London Bridge from early-mid September! 😊

🏠 The room is nice and cosy, it's fully furnished, sharing a bathroom with me (I'm clean and tidy!). The flat is a brand new build, with an open plan living room and kitchen, big balcony, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and even a wine cooler !!

🌆 The best bit about the flat is the communal areas! There are co-working spaces and 2 rooftop terraces with panoramic views of the London skyline! The agency hosts monthly socials which are also loads of fun🍹

🕺You'll be sharing this beautiful flat with me (25M) and a friend (25F, also newly moving in). A bit about me: I'm 25, working as a data scientist in Liverpool St. I've lived in London my whole life, I'm pretty extroverted and love going to music gigs, pubs/bars/restaurants, I go to the gym quite often and pretty much down for anything! Looking for someone similar!

🛍️The location is very central, it's close to London Bridge and Bermondsey tube stations, and a 30 min walk into the City. There are bus stops close by that take you anywhere. There are loads of nice (and fancy!) restaurants, bars and independent shops 5 mins away on Bermondsey Street (best street in London imo 👀)

FYI the room itself probably won't fit a desk, but we WFH in the living room where there's space for a desk!
