Room to rent in Bermondsey

I’m renting out a cosy furnished room by the 5th of August, in the heart of London!

It’s a 5 minute walk to Bermondsey station, a 15 minute walk to London Bridge station & Canada Water/Surrey Quays. There are a lot of great restaurants and shopping centres very close by. (And cycle routes everywhere!)

I’m looking for a female to move in with me.

The place is already furnished but if you’d like to remove anything (cupboards etc…) that can be arranged and you can bring in whatever you’d like. Make it your own!! :)

I’m not one to stay out late, bring many people into my home or leave my place untidy, so I’d like someone who’s the on the same page!
This place has a balcony and also a lovely front view, I live in front of a tennis court and next to Southwark Park!

All bills are included in your monthly rent, including Council tax and WiFi, the area is quite quiet so you don’t have to worry about loud noises:)
