Room with balcony in bermondsey, great location

We have one room to let in the heart of Bermondsey. It's a cosy room in a four person apartment, with balcony access. The incoming tenants (myself included) are all professionals - two of us are male and the other female. We would prefer a female tenant to keep a good balance around the house. You would be sharing a bathroom with two other tenants, and the property has a guest bathroom as well.

The room is spacious, furnished and has an attached (shared) balcony, along with windows that allow for plenty of natural light.

Location is perfect - with Bermondsey station (Jubilee line) less than a five minute walk away from the apartment, giving you access to the City of London and Canary Wharf in less than 30 minutes door to door. There's plenty of amenities like multiple supermarkets, gyms, pubs and more within walkable distance.

Some bills are included in the rent (water, heating) and the other bills add up to roughly 80£ per month. There is a shared spacious living room and kitchen, with washing machine included.

We are hoping for incoming tenants to have a guarantor or meet a certain minimum income requirement in order to fetch favorable terms on our lease.

We are a friendly, casual bunch with our own social and professional lives, but still down to socialize and grab a drink/meal. We are looking for tenants who are friendly, considerate and clean!

Move in date would be September 15, but very flexible depending on your needs. The lease is one year long. Leave a message if interested!
