Room Available in Fully Furnished Bermondsey Flat

Hello! My flatmate of 3 years is moving out of London, so I'm looking for a friendly and responsible working professional to take her place.

I’m a working professional myself, who loves a good balance between socialising with friends and enjoying some quiet time. I’m friendly, easy-going, tidy, and always respectful of others' privacy. You can often find me out on a small adventure exploring London’s hidden gems, or curled up with a book, binge-watching the latest Netflix series, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

I’m ideally looking for a female roommate to keep the current vibe of the flat. If you’re looking for a relaxed and welcoming home, I think we’d get along great!

The Flat:

• Located in vibrant Bermondsey, just 12 minutes from Tower Bridge and 10 minutes from Bermondsey Station.

• The flat is fully furnished and spread across two storeys, with a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room on the first floor. The second floor has two double bedrooms (you’ll be occupying one) and a shared bathroom.

• The area is lively and welcoming, with great artisanal breweries, bars, and bakeries nearby. Perfect for weekend strolls or discovering your new favourite hangout spot.

• Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local are just a 5-minute walk away for all your essentials.

Rent & Bills:

• Rent is £1,000 per month (excluding bills).

• Bills (including WiFi, Council Tax (Band A), and utilities such as water, electricity, and gas) are around £110-£120 per person per month, with a slight increase during the heating months.

Important Details:

• The room is available from the 8th of October, but there might be a possibility to move in earlier.

• This is an official tenancy, and you will need to sign a 12-month tenancy agreement with me and the Agency.
Incoming tenant will need to undergo referencing and complete a Right to Rent check, which will be handled by the Agency.
