We're looking for someone to join our friendly flat ( I am leaving by the end of this month) in Bermondsey, just a short walk from central London. The area has great transport connections and Southwark Park is nearby for some greenery, also several shops are relatively close between 5 and 15 minutes by walk. The current housemates are easygoing and considerate, and the landlord is really helpful and responsive.
What we're looking for:
Full-time employment
Earning at least £20,000 per year
No County Court Judgments
Able to pass a credit check
Right to rent in the UK
Able to provide a landlord reference
The cost of the room would be 750£ bills included and no deposit will be need it but two months rent payable in advance.
The minimum term would be 12 months.
