I will update the ad with photos ASAP - for now, I have included a video of the upstairs bathroom and bedroom. It shows the space just before I moved in (around 3.5 years ago) and it has since been spruced up!

The ad says a max stay of 8 months but this is TBC. The landlord is planning on selling the property, however he is having difficulty doing so. Our current contract expires in 8 months and will continue on a rolling basis if the property has not been sold. Adequate notice/updates will be given in advance!

ABOUT THE ROOM/HOUSE:
The large upstairs room comes furnished with a double bed, a large mirror fitted to the wall and a set of drawers. There is an inbuilt wardrobe space, lots of shelves and ample storage space.

It’s on a quiet residential street, with a garden with seating and a shared living room with sofa and dining table. There are two bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen and communal spaces have everything you’d need but feel free to bring any additions!

The cost is £725 per month including bills.

Super friendly house right next to Southwark Park, looking for a clean, chilled and sociable housemate to join us.
