I’m going away for a short holiday and looking to sublet my large, bright room with a private (non-shared) washroom from 18th December to 11th January.

The flat is very spacious (980 sq. ft.), with access to a kitchen and a large living room - perfect for relaxing or working from home. (See the video for a better idea of the space!)

Rent Includes all bills — council tax, electricity, water, and high-speed internet.

Location: Situated in Bermondsey, a vibrant and well-connected area. 15-minute walk to Bermondsey Station (Jubilee Line); 17-minute walk to London Bridge Station; Bus stop only 2 minutes away, with direct routes to Leicester Square, Liverpool Street, and Shoreditch; Bermondsey Street, just around the corner, has been voted one of London’s best streets — full of independent coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants.

About the Flatmate: You’ll be sharing with a 28-year-old professional who works at King’s College London, managing a nuclear research facility. He’s previously lived in Austria (5 years) and France (2 years) before moving to London. He’s easy-going, tidy, and sociable, and enjoys good company, a great balance between privacy and friendly interaction.
