We have a really good relationship with the landlord hence the low rent, which makes the flat an absolute steal, so looking for someone who will look after it with me. The rent is £540 p/week and will be for a 2-year contract.

🏡 About the flat:
It really is the nicest flat in the best location that I’ve ever lived in in London! Never thought I was a city girl but it has converted me!

The flat is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms so you pretty much have your own bathroom as I have an en suite. Your bedroom is fully furnished. The living room and kitchen are mostly furnished but a few things will be going when my friends leaves, the biggest thing being the dining table, so you would need to be up for replacing what we need with me.

✨ Location - 5 minute walk from London Bridge station, situated at the top of Bermondsey Street. Every window in the flat looks out onto The Shard and has gorgeous sunset views. You can also people watch up to platform 4 of the train station lol.

💗 I’m 27, a TV Producer, from Durham. Looking for a girl in her twenties / early thirties who is clean, tidy, and very chilled but up for the occasional drink or night in together.
