Moving out and looking for someone to take over my room for a 3 month tenancy agreement initially then rolling monthly 🙏 This is not for long term tenancy sorry! Bills are roughly around 170 a month.
You will be sharing the flat with my amazing current flatmate Maria, she is an unbelievably nice, respectful and tidy flatmate who is a pleasure to live with. The room is not technically an en suite but the adjacent room acts as an en suite because its one bathroom each. Bathroom is large, room is decent size and living room is cosy and spacious. Kitchen is newly furnished. Flat faces the river thames with views of Canary Wharf on one side and the Shard on the other. Unreal neighbourhood, extremely peaceful and amazing for walking, running, river walks, dogs etc. Sad to be leaving! 😪 Any questions please message me
