Beautiful and tranquil flat in quiet square

I am looking to let part of my flat as a studio on a short term basis to either a student or professional. The flat will be fully furnished (high quality memory foam sofa bed and brand new kitchen and bathroom) and inclusive of all bills and wifi.

The flat and room is large and light filled, south facing and with a lovely balcony looking out on to a quiet square with St Anne's church at its centre.
No through traffic or noise makes this a lovely spot, tucked away but very near the centre. You can walk to Tower Bridge and London Bridge in 15-20 mins and you have the benefit of all the amenities that Bermondsey offers ( Malby Street market and Spa Terminus gourmet food on the weekends are not to be missed).

This is my home and I am looking for the right person who will help care for the place and in exchange a lovely spot at a really great price (mostly just covering my outgoings).

I am happy to consider pets on the basis that you cover the cost of any damage they cause (insurance may be required).
