My name is Roberta, a recent Law graduate looking for two flatmates from September in a secure flat located 5 minutes walk from Bermondsey Station (Zone 2/Jubilee line) and lots of shops and pubs (The Gregorian Pub, TESCO, Bermondsey Street Market & loads of breweries around the area + market selling fresh ingredients on Saturdays just down the road) and a 18min walk to London Bridge and Tower Bridge.

THE FLAT
The flat is inside a very secure building with passcode entry and lift to the 4th floor. Recently refurbished with new carpet, the flat consists of a very spacious kitchen and living area, two brand-new bathrooms and three double rooms.

The two double rooms will be available from September for a minimum of 1 year.

ROOM 1 - FURNISHED (£850 excluding bills)
The first room is very spacious and bright, with a king-size bed and a wide window giving you private access to the balcony. Since the flat came unfurnished, the previous flatmate who bought all the furniture asks for £250 to sell it. The price is £850 + £876 deposit + £250 furniture + £190 holding fee = £2,166. Obviously, from October on you would pay only the monthly rent of £850.

ROOM 2 - UNFURNISHED (£800 excluding bills)
The second room, smaller than the first, is unfurnished but would fit a double bed, a wardrobe, a small cabinet and a desk with a chair. The price is £800 + £876 deposit + £190 holding fee = £1,866. As mentioned above, from October on you would pay only the monthly rent of £800.

In both cases, the rent does not include the bills, which amount to £130 circa per month.

ABOUT ME
I am a 22-year-old Italian girl from Sicily, who just graduated from Law school. I am an easygoing but quiet and respectful person, very clean and tidy.

I like running, going to the gym, reading, cooking healthy food, going to gigs and trying new places around London. I love nature and travelling and I am currently planning some trips to explore new places outside London.

I have a pretty simple routine, always waking up early in the morning and going to bed at around 11-12pm.

WHO I LOOK FOR
I am looking for two genuine people around my age who have similar interests, values and routines to me, with whom it would be possible to establish a warm and familiar environment and hang out together.

Respect, cleanliness and order, and good communication are fundamental if you want to live in this flat. You must be very keen on cleaning up after yourself and maintaining the state of the flat to high standards.
