I’m looking for a new flatmate for our master bedroom in a spacious 3 bed split level flat located in Bermondsey! I am looking for someone who is ready to view and move in ASAP (by Sept 15) as I need them urgently!😊

It’s £933 a month excluding bills!💸

The flat has 3 bedrooms, intercom entry, a shared bathroom, separate toilet with sink (this is my en-suite but of course anyone is welcome to use it if the bathroom is occupied!), communal lounge and kitchen. It is fully furnished and has big windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight! ☀️

You will be living with 2 students who are 22 and 24, and go to UAL and Westminster.😋

This room is the biggest room in the flat. Located on the top floor, it comes with a desk, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a bedside table, with plenty of floor space.

Nearest stations 🚉 : Bermondsey and Elephant and Castle, both of which are 15 minutes away by bus, or Bermondsey is a 20 minute walk away. We also have very good access to lots of buses nearby.

Nearest shop🛒 🛍️: Asda superstore within 5 minutes walking distance, and a Tesco superstore within 8 minutes.
