The room comes furnished with an ottoman bed, night stand and a closet in the wall (a closet literally inside the wall). There is a separate room with space for either a work desk (already available) or extra storage space as well. The TV has been removed and the room is currently not completely empty (but will be)
The flat has a sizeable living room with wooden dining table and wingback chairs, one small bathroom, one toilet room and a shared office, over two floors. It also has a small south-facing balcony with a table and two chairs.
About me:
I'm from Denmark and work in Tech. I'm into travelling, weightlifting, DJing (i dont play late/loud), baking, raves, spirituality, self-development and nonfictional books. I WFH from home 2 days a week, and have 10 years experience flatsharing
About the new flatmate:
The flat will suit someone who wants to live in a home and is happy to contribute to the flat. I keep the flat clean and will suit someone with the same expectations. I’m very social and keen to do flatmate stuff like hosting little (dinner) parties, going for coffees and walks or watch movies, but also respect that we also have our own individual lives. This is a social flat, no full-time room dwellers please 🙏🏽
The other bits:
Rent is £850 and bills come around to £120 (council, water, wifi, utilities). There’s a bi-weekly cleaning schedule where the flatmates clean once a month and a cleaner cleans two weeks later.
