1 double bedroom in a 3 bed house in Bermondsey

Hi Girls!

The tenancy starts 28th September (we also send the first rent on this day).

It’s a spacious furnished three bedroom house with a kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a small garden at the back! The rooms come with a double sized bed and a cupboard. All other furniture in the pictures are my flatmates’ so it won’t be coming with the room.

The house is 5 mins from Bermondsey station and pretty much well connected to most parts of London. The area is clean and quiet.

The bigger room is for £1000 plus bills. Bills are usually around £80-£90 per person per month.

Deposit is around £965 which is refundable when you move out.

The agency will be doing reference checks so having an annual salary of £26000 or above is favorable.
