2 Bright, airy double rooms available right away in Lynton Road, Bermondsey. Rent for the smaller one is £900 per month and 1200£ for the larger one. Rent prices are for a single person include all bills (water, power, internet, council tax etc). One month deposit to be provided. The contract is for one year, but you could move out before if you find a replacement.

We are located in Bermondsey, very central to London and right by the cycling lanes. 5 mins from many buses on Old Kent Road/Tesco or the top of the street. Quick journey by bus to Elephant & Castle, 15 minutes walk to Bermondsey station (Jubilee line), 20 minutes walk to London Bridge.

Close from the lovely and living parts of Bermondsey: Maltby Street/Ropewalk market, Bermondsey Street about 10-15 mins away; large Tesco at less than 5 minutes and lots of parks around (Burgess Park, Bermondsey Spa garden, Southward Park). Tower Bridge is also 20 minutes walk away.

The flat has 3 bedrooms and you would be sharing the apartment me. I am Spanish age 24, working full time nearby, and am in the office almost every day Monday - Friday. I go to the gym around 4 times a week and on weekends I meet up with friends or stay at home depending on the mood. I am a busy guy with passion for many things in life. I value my own time, but am always up for a chat when meeting in the living room and watch a movie or game night once in a while. I value living in a clean, tidy space. I am looking for someone that aligns with these values.

I would like to find someone friendly who also needs its own time and would nourishs this flat in a similar way. I’ve had great flatmates in the past in this house and would like to continue enjoying the place with similar people.
