I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current one, unfortunately, is moving to a new area. This is a fantastic two-bedroom flat in Southwark, and I’d love to find someone who’s not only easy-going but also shares my love for a tidy, comfortable living space.

A bit about me: I’m 35, an architect working full-time in the office, and I’m pretty active in my spare time. I like to keep the flat clean and organized, and I’m proud to say there hasn’t been a single day in the past year where the kitchen, toilet, or living room was left dirty. I always clean up after myself, and it would be amazing if you think along the same lines when it comes to keeping shared spaces tidy.

The flat has a lot to offer:

• Your Room: A cozy double bedroom (2.57m x 2.21m) with enough space to relax after a long day.
• Shared Spaces: We have a lovely open-plan living and dining room (4.9m x 3.4m) where we can chill or host friends, and the kitchen (3.38m x 1.88m) is fully equipped with all the essentials.
• The bathroom is modern, clean, and shared between us.

Location-wise, it’s ideal! You’ll be in the heart of Southwark, close to shops, restaurants, and parks. Plus, Bermondsey Tube Station is just a 16-minute walk away for easy commutes.
