2 Rooms Available 5’ from Bermonsdey Station

Two furnished bedroom are becoming available in our flat share located only 5’ walk from Bermonsdey Station (Jubilee line, zone 2) and 15’ walk from Rotherithe Overground (Zone 2). 1 year contract minimum (breaking clause available) starting from 4th November.

1. SINGLE ROOM // 700£ pm + bills (usually around 60£ pm)
The room includes one wardrobe, two chest of drawers, two drawers beneath the bed + and external storage unit (not in the pictures).
The small deck and chair is of our current flatmate and she is happy to leave them for £40, otherwise it can be removed.

2. DOUBLE ROOM // 870£ pm + bills (usually around 60£ pm)
Double bed with a 6-door wall wardrobe.
Desk and chair not included.
**NOTE: this room can be available from the weekend before**

- Fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, freezer, cooker, kettle, and washing machine.
- Full bathroom with shower, toilette and window + 1 service toilette
- No living room, but spacious and cosy kitchen

About current flatmates:

We’re Gaia (27) and Sharon (25), we actually met at the flathold through Spareroom and became very good friends. We’re both Italians and work as creatives.
We’ve been living in this flat for almost 4 years now and we love it. Gaia used to be a North/East kinda girl, but after moving to this area she fell in love with the ‘South-of-the-river’ side.

About you :)
There is no a specific description for people we are looking for, but we’d like to keep a homie, friendly and respectful atmosphere.
