The room is a good size, plenty of storage with the large fitted wardrobe and draws under the bed. Space at the end of the bed which I use for my TV (well positionned connection points all over the room. Big window with good light, view and black out curtains. Good size desk with additional storage and chair for home working. 2X full length mirrors in the room (wardrobe and wall). High speed broadband is included.

Shared areas:

Large shared bathroom with 2 other flatmates. The shower is a great size with a new shower head so great water pressure.

Well renovated kitchen/lounge area with loads of storage and large TV. Full size double fridge freezer. Private balcony.

Separate bill biweekly cleaner - £8 payable every two weeks per tenant (16£ a month)

10-15 min walk to Bermondsey tube station, 1 stop on the Jubilee line to London Bridge, 7 min to London central.

5 min walk to Surrey quays, 5 stops (8mins) to Shoreditch High Street.

3 min walk to South Bermondsey rail station, form here one stop to London Bridge and other stations south.

Current Housemates:

The 4 bed flat is shared between 2 females and 1 male, all working professionals except one that is a studying professional, any gender welcome!

Everyone is super friendly and very welcoming. Happy to chat and spend time when around but also do their own thing which is nice when you just want to come home and chill. The flat is always clean and everyone repects the shared living areas. I've never had an issue.

I am moving out to move in with mates of mine but I loved my time here and how conveniantly positionned the flat is.
