The room is a well laid-out double room. It has 2x in-built wardrobes, so plenty of storage space for clothes and possessions. There is an extra storage space in the room to keep your less frequently used possessions as well. The room is provided with a sizeable desk and a chair for home working. There is also a side table near the bed to keep things. Broadband is included and has recently been upgraded.

The window in the room is east-facing so enjoys plenty of morning sunshine from spring to autumn (weather permitting!)

The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of storage space. The refrigerator also has a rack dedicated to each tenant with additional space, again offering plenty of food storage.

There is a cleaner who cleans all the common places in the house (such as washrooms and kitchen), £6.40 payable every 2 weeks per tenant

The existing housemates are all professionals and friendly, welcoming and chilled. They are looking for someone similar.

The room is available from 1st December 2024. The agreement will be of 1 year and this is non-negotiable. You can choose to leave anytime after 3 months, however, you will have to find a suitable replacement for the room.
