Double Room in Bermondsey – Close to Tube & Local Amenities. Looking for a relaxed, friendly person to take my room in an all-female 5 bed flat.

Location:

Located in Bermondsey, just a 5-10 minute walk from Bermondsey Station (Jubilee Line), 5-10 minute walk from multiple bus stops, and has excellent transport links to Central London and Canary Wharf.
Nearby attractions include Bermondsey Street's cafes and restaurants, and lots of green space nearby.

The Room:

A bright double room, fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and two chests of draws.
Large windows offering plenty of natural light throughout the day.

The Rest of the Flat:

The flat has two stories and features an open-plan living room and kitchen, equipped with appliances including a fridge, oven, washing machine/dryer, air fryer, and dishwasher.
The sofas are very comfortable to chill and watch TV or to socialise with the other flatmates.
Shared upstairs bathroom and a seperate downstairs w/c.
Plenty of storage space throughout the flat.

Flatmates:

You’ll be sharing the flat with 4 other female flatmates who are students. They are all respectful and friendly, and looking for a tidy, easy-going, and considerate flatmate to take my room.

Bills:

Rent is £680 per month.
Bills (water and internet) come to approx. £40.
As the current tenants are all students we have not had to pay council tax, so if you are a non-student then this is something that you will have to discuss with the landlord.

Move-In Date:

Available from 14th December 2024. The contract runs until the 13th August 2025 with an option to extend.
