The flat is over 2 floors:
- ground floor with spacious living room and open kitchen, 2 sofas and 6 people dinner table, storage room and balcony
- first floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - one per each flatmate, another balcony and another storage room.
The building is a modern and recent construction, and has a communal bike storage space.

The flat is situated in a perfect location, very convenient to public transports, Sainsbury local and pharmacy 1 minute walk, Tesco Express and Co-op at 5 mins walk.
Southwark park and Thames path also less than 5 mins walk.
Within 10 /15 mins walking distance: Maltby street market, Bermondsey arches, Bermondsey high street, Tower Bridge.

The flat will be shared with a lovely italian flatmate who is friendly, tidy and clean.
Ideally looking for people that would also like to spend time together over dinner or for a walk, etc..

Costs:
monthly rent excludes utilities and bills, which are roughly as per below (per person):
- 110£ council tax
- 20£ internet (open to change contract if the person is willing)
- 50/80£ electricity (Octopus 100% renewable energy provider)
- 50£ water (every 6 months)

The room is available immediately. Ideally looking for people who can pay rent as soon as possible.
The flat is managed by an agency, which are very responsive in case of any issues. We will sign a new contract ending 19th October 2025, with a 6 months` break clause, rent will stay the same as advertised.
You`ll be required to go through a reference check and there might be some expenses related to that, around 50£.
