🏡Loft style flat/house in a modern gated block. The house is over 2 floors with double height ceiling in the living area and large floor to ceiling windows. It’s super spacious and bright, with lots of naturally light, and decorated to feel homely and cosy.
🏡The house has a shared bathroom upstairs and a guest toilet downstairs. A big kitchen with a dining area and another separate dining area, which is great if we both need to WFH at the same time. The lounge is spacious too with lots of storage for books and other trinkets.
🛌 Your room is the master bedroom. It is a super spacious double room on the first floor of the house. It has a double bed, wardrobe and set of drawers, but there is also plenty of space for additional furniture or even a larger bed.
👫 You’ll be sharing with me (32), I work in Fashion, mostly in the office but I do WFH around 1 day a week.
I’m very easy going and chilled, I mostly spend my evenings watching tv/chilling in the living room or my room.
When I’m not at home, I’m usually out somewhere eating, shopping or at art galleries, museums or bars with friends, etc. Occasionally I’ll host friends for dinner and movie nights, but there are definitely no wild parties. This place definitely has more of a chilled vibe.
👀 Ideally I’d like someone who is quite similar to me and my vibe - chill and considerate but also open to socialising after work, catching up over dinner and having a good chat. Someone who is clean and tidy and is hoping to make the place a home.

- 5 min walk to South Bermondsey Station
- 10 min walk to Old Kent Rd with bus links to Central London and South London
