Hey all , im sadly moving out of our lovely house and now we are looking for someone to take my place.

The house is on a quiet street 5 mins walk from Bermondsey tube station. It’s 3-storeys, really spacious, with big communal areas, a garden and loads of storage space.

The room:
- Top floor, facing the street (great view of the city from here!)
- Double bed, free-standing wardrobe, built-in cupboard, chest of drawers, shelving unit
- There is a desk in there currently and the room is very large
- En-suite with toilet, sink and shower
- Rent is £1250 per month, deposit 1250

Communal areas:
- Living room with sofas, dining table and chairs, bookshelves
- Separate kitchen with a dishwasher
- Utility room with washing machine
- Converted garage, used as a second living room or study (it doesn’t have any windows to the outside, but does have a window into the hallway of the house)

Other info:
- Bills are around £115 each pm
- The contract has another year and a half on it
- The landlord is great and has insurance on all the appliances, whenever we’ve needed things fixing he’s sorted it quickly
