Lovely houseshare in Bermondsey!

2 double rooms (one with en-suite) available in Bermondsey 🏡

Hey all , 2 of my housemates are sadly moving out of our lovely house to live with family and now we are looking for people to take their place.

The house is on a quiet street 5 mins walk from Bermondsey tube station. It’s 3-storeys, really spacious, with big communal areas, a garden and loads of storage space.

Room 1:
- Ground floor, facing the garden
- Double bed, small set of drawers, big chest of drawers plus space to hang clothes up in a cupboard in the hallway
- There is space for a desk if you want but I haven’t put one in
- There is a toilet and sink on the ground floor plus a main bathroom with a bath/shower on the top floor
- Rent is £925 per month, deposit 1250

Room 2:
- Top floor, facing the street (great view of the city from here!)
- Double bed, free-standing wardrobe, built-in cupboard, chest of drawers, shelving unit
- There is a desk in there currently but we’ll be taking this with us
- En-suite with toilet, sink and shower
- Rent is £1250 per month, deposit 1250

Communal areas:
- Living room with 2 sofas, dining table and chairs, bookshelves
- Separate kitchen with a dishwasher
- Utility room with washing machine
- Converted garage, we’ve used it for storage but could be used as a second living room or study (it doesn’t have any windows to the outside, but does have a window into the hallway of the house)

Other info:
- Bills are around £100 each pm
- The contract has another year on it, they’re only leaving to move in with family
- The landlord is great and has insurance on all the appliances, whenever we’ve needed things fixing he’s sorted it quickly
