Hello Future Housemate,

We’re on the lookout for a new flatmate as our current one is moving in with her boyfriend. This is your chance to snag a large, light, and airy ground floor room in a friendly 5-bedroom house, complete with a lounge and garden. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with four others (one room has its own en-suite).

You’ll be living with four professionals: Jack, Eben, Sam, and Amara, all working in diverse fields from Data, Advertising, and Design to Paramedic work. We met through SpareRoom and have since become great friends.

The house is in a prime location in Southwark, offering everything you could need. You’ll have great cycling routes, easy bus and tube access (Elephant & Castle is a 15-minute walk, and London Bridge just 10), plus Bermondsey Street is just around the corner, with its local grocer, bakery, and butcher. There’s also a big Tesco just a minute away, and for some peace and quiet, Burgess Park—a beautiful green space—is nearby.

What are we looking for in you?

• A non-smoker
• Ideally female to keep the balance in the house
• To be able to move on from 21st January

What we can’t have:

• Someone who constantly brings the party home
