Creative household in Bermondsey!!

This house is shared by 3 students that goes to uni here in London.
They’re all in the creative side learning photography, graphic design and music.

We always have people coming over, which I believe makes it a really welcoming house for anyone;)

The landlord is a flexible person, so if you want to request furniture in your room such as desks and stuff you can do.

The location is about 15min walk from Bermondsey station which is the jubilee line.
You can also walk to elephant and castle and London Bridge Station as well.
There are many bus lines too since the house is located near the big road, although th there is a road for the residential areas so it’s really quiet around the house.

For shoppings there is a Tesco superstore right next, also Lidl, coop, Asda superstore and many local small shops nearby.

The rent is £892.5 plus bills around 40-60 per month. No council tax!
The deposit will be £1,081.73 ( it didn’t let me say the right amount on the top!)
