I am leaving my amazing room in a 2-bed 1-bath apartment and I am looking for someone to take over.
You would be sharing the flat with a girl in her mid-twenties :) We are looking for someone to move in from 3rd November 2024 (flexible) through to August 2025 (with the possibility of extension afterwards).
The room is very big and comes fully furnished. The flat is just an 8 minute walk from Bermondsey station. It is located on the sixth floor of new building and there is a Tesco store just in front which is pretty convenient. The flat has a spacious living room with lots of natural light and a balcony.
In terms of the monthly costs, rent is £1000 + approx. £200 for bills.
*** Note that there will be some building works going on in the building (implying scaffolding). The earliest that this could start is next Spring, but the official date is still tbc.
