Double Room Available Imminently in Bermondsey

I am going to be leaving my lovely double room in Bermondsey after 3 and a half years in this great house!

We are looking for someone who can move in as soon as possible. Move in will be dependent on deposit and references with the landlord - the minimum term is 6 months (with a 3 month break clause) and then the contract is on a monthly basis after that.

The house is in an amazing location. We are literally a 30 second walk from Bermondsey tube station which puts you straight on the Jubilee Line, just one stop away from London Bridge. There is also a bus stop that is also a 30 second walk from the house that can take you directly to London Bridge, Waterloo, Shoreditch, Greenwich and Central London. There is also Rotherhithe Overground station which is a 13 min walk from us, so to say that we are well connected would be an understatement.

Bermondsey is a great area! You've got the beer mile, Maltby Street market, Borough Market isn't far, and a lovely park that are all really close by.

The room comes furnished, but the draws next to the bed and the desk and chair are mine, so I'll be taking those with me. But you'll get the bed, mattress, wardrobe and 2 sets of draws included with the room. The bathroom is only shared with 2 others in the house (all 3 other rooms have en-suites) so you don't have to worry about there being a queue for the toilet in the mornings.

About the house - you will be sharing with 5 other lovely working professionals. Everybody tends to get on with their own stuff, but we more often than not come together in the kitchen at the end of the day and have a nice natter. It's a very chilled out (definitely not a party house) and we enjoy cooking, baking and watching some good telly together. If this is your vibe, get in touch!

Rent includes all bills - gas, electric, water, broadband, council tax, TV license and a cleaner who comes once a week to do the communal spaces. We also have a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and a really nice garden space where you can store bikes and we like to have BBQs in the summer months.
