The house is in an amazing location. We are literally a 10 minute walk from Bermondsey tube station which puts you straight on the Jubilee Line, just one stop away from London Bridge. There is also a bus stop that is also a 10 minutes walk from the house that can take you directly to London Bridge, Waterloo, Shoreditch, Greenwich and Central London. There is also Rotherhithe Overground station which is a 15 min walk from us, so to say that we are well connected would be an understatement.

Bermondsey is a great area! You've got the beer mile, Maltby Street market, Borough Market isn't far, and a lovely park that are all really close by.

Rent includes all bills - gas, electric, water, broadband, council tax, TV license and a cleaner who comes once a week to do the communal spaces. We also have a washing machine, cooking stove & oven and a really nice garden space where you can store bikes and we like to have BBQs in the summer months. It really is a great deal for the area so let me know ASAP if you are interested.

The room is a good size, plenty of storage with the large fitted wardrobe and draws under the bed. Space at the end of the bed which I use for my TV and well positioned connection points all over the room. Big window with good light, view and black out curtains. 2X full length mirrors in the room (wardrobe and wall). High speed broadband is included.

Large shared bathroom with 1 other flatmate. The shower is a great size with a new shower head so great water pressure.

Well renovated kitchen/lounge area with Microwave, Oven, Washing Machine TV. Full size double fridge freezer.
