Looking for a comfortable place to call home during the working week?
We’re looking for a friendly new housemate to rent our second bedroom from Monday to Friday.
We understand this will be your second home, so we’ve designed the arrangement to be flexible, comfortable, and as hassle-free as possible. You’ll even get up to 4 weeks’ rental break per year, so when you’re on annual leave, you don’t pay for a room you’re not using and all bills are included.
This is the perfect setup for someone who lives outside London but wants to cut down the commute and enjoy a cosy base in the city during the week. We’re in Bermondsey (Zone 2), just one stop from London Bridge and 3 stops from Waterloo.
The Room
A comfortable double room that includes:
- A spacious wardrobe
- Bedside table
- Desk
- Plenty of space to store your belongings
Although you'll only be here Monday–Friday, you're welcome to treat the room as yours full-time.
4-Week Rental Break
Take up to four weeks per year where you won’t pay rent, perfect for holidays or times you won’t be in London.
The House
Our home is a three-bed maisonette (two bedrooms + an office), and it really feels like a house.
You’ll have access to:
- Private garden
- Kitchen
- Living room
- Dining area
- Bathroom
- Balcony
There’s plenty of space to relax, cook and feel at home.
About Us
We’re Graham and Alice, relaxed, friendly live-in landlords with over 10 years of shared-living experience. We love a good chat, a casual pint, and chilled evenings after work.
Graham works in music, and I am is a software engineer.
